Return and refund policy
Because our guides are digital downloads, they cannot be returned once delivered, so all sales are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
If your file is faulty, incomplete, or you can’t open it, email us at thelocalsouthafrica@outlook.com within 30 days with your order number. We will fix it or refund you.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Shipping policy
Our guides are digital, so nothing is shipped. After payment, you’ll receive an email with your download link, usually within minutes.
If you don’t see it within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email thelocalsouthafrican@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Terms of service
Personal use licence: Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute it.
